On November 15th, 1995, delegates from 42 churches, at a meeting in Lynwood Illinois convened by the consistories of the Trinity Reformed Church of Lethbridge, Alberta, of the Orthodox Reformed Church of Wellandport, Ontario and of the Beverly Christian Reformed Church Independent of Wyoming, Michigan, voted unanimously to Federate, initially under the name the “FELLOWSHIP OF UNITING REFORMED CHURCHES IN NORTH AMERICA.” The Minutes of this organizational meeting may be found in the Synodical Archive portion of the Synod menu on URCNA.org.
