Accommodations for Synod Calgary are the responsibility of the delegates themselves, separate from the Synod Registration process. 

Special rates have been negotiated at the venue hotel. These rates will be available only through March 7. After that date, delegates may need to find accommodations elsewhere, but should try to book at the "recommended" hotel (using the link below) first. Please be aware not all areas or hotels in Calgary are recommended.

Lunches, snacks and dinners will be served on site in the Conference Centre. On Tuesday through Thursday there will be two meals, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks, available for delegates and those guests who sign up for these meals. All meals require prior registration. Breakfast is part of the accommodation fee and will be served for those staying at the Conference Centre. If not lodging at the Conference Centre, breakfast will be your own responsibility.

All meetings will be held at the Conference Centre.

Flights will be to Calgary International Airport. The hotel is approximately 15 to 20 min from the airport. The Conference Centre offers a shuttle service from and to the airport at a cost of $5 per trip. The shuttle must be booked in advance. Contact information will be posted in the spring.
