Accommodations for Synod Escondido are the responsibility of the delegates themselves, separate from the Synod Registration process. 

Special rates have been negotiated at seven area hotels, 15 to 30 minutes from the venue, Escondido United Reformed Church. The hotel rates will be available until May 1. After that date, delegates may need to find accommodations elsewhere,but should try to book at these "recommended" hotels (using the links below) first. Please be aware not all areas or hotels in Escondido are recommended. 

Hotels and additional information are listed below. The group name for each hotel is: Synod Escondido 2024. You can use the booking link or call the reservation number and provide the hotel code/group name when making your reservation. 

Lunches, snacks and dinners will be served on site at Escondido United Reformed Church. On Monday, June 17, there will be a dinner available for delegates and attending officials. On Tuesday through Thursday there will be two meals, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks, available for delegates and those guests who sign up for these meals. On Friday, June 21, lunch will be provided, with the option of a box lunch if Synod closes earlier in the day. All meals require prior registration. No breakfasts will be served. 

The opening service, plenary sessions and all committee meetings will be held at Escondido United Reformed Church, 1864 North Broadway, Escondido, CA 92026.

The San Diego International airport is approximately 30-45 minutes from the hotels. Transportation to and from the San Diego airport will not be provided. Delegates will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the meeting location, Escondido United Reformed Church. All pre-negotiated hotels are 15-30 minutes from Escondido United Reformed Church.
